Something to Share

Little reflection after my recent consultation...

What I would like to attempt is to connect with you on the urgency of “now”. There are plenty of quotes that I could offer to remind you that time is your most precious commodity. We hear them often; they circulate in various forms. Through centuries and different cultures, the brightest minds kept observing the importance of the present moment stating that both the past and the future are merely an illusion. Now, the present moment, is the only thing that is available to us.

So, try to connect to all these moments when you should’ve done something, but you didn’t. Especially if you didn’t have another chance to do it again. Those moments that we connect with the feeling of regret. Something happened, some unfortunate thing happened that changed the trajectory of your life beyond your control, beyond your capacity to mend things. Connect with those moments.

Make the commitment to yourself that you will learn from those moments and you will never allow this to happen again. Make the decision that you are willing and capable of change. Feel how much you want this change to take place in your life.

Start acting, now! If it’s important to you, show up for yourself, if not let it go, release it completely from your mind. Make the decision and act, if it’s important – fight.
